Responsibilities:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and providing accurate information.
  • Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assisting customers with their questions and concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations in the contact center.
  • Adapting to different customer situations and finding appropriate solutions.
  • Ensuring all customer interactions align with the company's standards and policies.

Requirements:

  • Education requirement is High School.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 1st shift.

Option: 6:00 AM or 9:00 AM Start time.

100% Onsite
